Blake Turner, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Blake, worked directly with contractors, project managers and developers across the United States, he identified a critical gap: professional grade estimating was too often out of reach for small and mid sized contractors. 1800 Estimating was built to change that.
Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve clients in all 50 states, completing over 10,000 estimates across every major construction trade.
Samuel Brooks, Chief Operating Officer
Samuel oversees all service delivery, team operation and quality assurance at 1800 Estimating. With a background in commercial construction management and a passion for operational precision, he ensures that every estimate leaving our team meets the high standards our clients depend on.
Samuel holds CPE, ASPE, AIQS and RICS certifications and has 10 years of experience in construction project administration.
Natalie Foster, Director of Estimating
Natalie leads our estimating division and is the final checkpoint on all estimates before delivery. With expertise spanning commercial, industrial and multi family residential construction, [he/she] brings unmatched technical depth to every project that comes through our doors.
Natalie is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and has over 15+ years of trade level experience.
Daniel Brooks, Civil & Sitework Specialist
Senior Estimator | 12 Years Experience
Specializes in earthwork, grading, utilities, paving and full scale site development. Daniel has successfully estimated projects ranging from small parking lot upgrades to complex land development and infrastructure packages.

Andrew Collins, MEP Specialist (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Senior Estimator | 9 Years Experience
Handles complete MEP takeoffs across commercial, residential and mixed use developments. Expert in HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing rough in and final installations.

Michael Turner, Structural & Concrete Specialist
Senior Estimator | 10 Years Experience
Brings deep expertise in concrete formwork, reinforcement (rebar), flatwork and structural steel systems. Regularly handles estimates for multi story commercial buildings and industrial structures.

Olivia Parker, Residential Specialist
Estimator | 6 Years Experience
Specializes in single family, multi family and custom residential projects. Ensures complete scope coverage from foundation to final finishes with high accuracy.
