Pricing & Payment

Single trade takeoffs start at $195. Final pricing depends on the complexity and size of the project. We always confirm exact pricing before we begin, no surprises.

Our monthly estimating packages start at $1,500/month. These are designed for contractors who bid regularly and want a reliable estimating team on standby every month. Packages include priority turnaround, a dedicated contact and volume based pricing. Contact us for a custom package tailored to your bid volume.

Absolutely not. We quote you a price upfront and that’s what you pay. No setup fees, no revision charges (within stated revision rounds) and no surprise invoices.

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and other online payment options. Payment details are provided when your estimate is confirmed.

We deliver estimates in Excel (.xlsx) and PDF format as standard. If you need a specific format or template, let us know when submitting your project and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. All estimates include a summary sheet for quick reference as well as a detailed breakdown by trade, division or scope depending on your project type.

Submitting Your Project

You can submit plans through our secure online portal, via email or by calling our team. We accept PDF plans, DWG files and most common construction document formats.

We work with what you have. If plans are incomplete, we’ll identify assumptions made in the estimate and flag areas where additional information would improve accuracy. We communicate clearly with you throughout the process.

We treat all project documents with complete confidentiality as a matter of policy. If your company requires a signed NDA before sharing materials, we are happy to execute one. Just let us know.

Yes. We assist with change order estimates, value engineering analysis and re-estimates for projects that have evolved since the original bid. Contact us to discuss the specifics.

Quality & Revisions

Our estimates are prepared by experienced, trade-specific estimators using current US pricing databases, RSMeans data and local market intelligence. We cross-check every takeoff before delivery. While no estimate is 100% exact due to the nature of construction, ours are industry-standard accurate and built to support competitive, profitable bids.

Revisions are included with every estimate. If your scope changes significantly, we’ll discuss any pricing adjustments transparently.
