Open Positions

Construction Estimator, All Trades

Type: Full Time or Part Time | USA Based

What You’ll Do:

  • Review Construction Plans, Specs and Bid Documents
  • Perform Detailed Quantity Takeoffs by Trade
  • Prepare Organized, Client Ready Estimate Reports
  • Maintain Accuracy and Turnaround Standards
  • Communicate with Team Leads on Complex Scopes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Both Residential and Commercial Projects
  • Knowledge of Csi Master Format Divisions
  • Experience with Multi Trade Estimating

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ Years of Hands on Construction Estimating Experience
  • Strong Knowledge of At Least 2 to 3 Construction Trades
  • Familiarity with Rs Means and Us Pricing Databases
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency in Estimating Software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On Screen Takeoff or similar)
  • Ability to Meet Fast Turnaround Requirements Consistently

Senior Estimator, Commercial Projects

Type: Full Time | USA Based

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform QA review on outgoing estimates
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvement
  • Lead estimating for large scale commercial and industrial projects
  • Mentor junior estimators on scope, methodology and accuracy

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
  • Strong command of all major trades
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Proven ability to estimate complex, multi million dollar projects

Estimating Project Coordinator

Type: Full Time | USA Based

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming project submissions from clients
  • Maintain client communication and follow up
  • Track project status and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with estimating team on assignments and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Construction knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with remote work software (Slack, email, project management software)
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience (construction industry preferred)
